• for communication purposes in connection with the service provided by GWP, its operation and its follow-up (remittances relating to debits of subscriptions, etc.).

These identification data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship by GWP, and are removed upon termination of all contractual documents. However, any data allowing the establishment of the proof of a right or a contract, or kept for the respect of a legal obligation or regulation, can be the object of a policy of archiving, and to be preserved for this purpose in accordance with the law (limitation periods, legal obligations of conservation, etc.).

Payment data

• collected via the registration form: type of credit card, expiry date (month and year), credit card number, CVV.

This data must be provided for the conclusion of the contract with GWP.

These payment data are kept in order to allow the person concerned to benefit from the services offered by GWP as defined in the Terms and Conditions.
